These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the operational and legal framework governing the freight forwarding, customs proxy, and general logistics services provided by UBX UK Ltd ("UBX UK LTD").

1. Service Execution

We act as an agent on your behalf to secure transport via air, sea, or road networks. While we guarantee diligent execution and coordination, transit timelines are inherently estimated and subject to global transport anomalies, weather events, and customs inspections outside our direct control.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all commercial cargo declarations are accurate and comprehensive. Misdeclarations of weight, hazardous properties (ADR), or illicit goods may result in immediate service termination, customs seizure, and civil penalties levied against the declaring party.

3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and strictly construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any operational disputes will be definitively resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
